Every year, the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas brings together the best in dough, toppings, tech, and industry talent—and this year was no exception. From the moment you stepped onto the showroom floor, the energy was electric and the smell of pizza was everywhere. Here’s what went down if you missed it (or just want to relive the magic).

🍕 Pizza Innovation on Display

Automation was front and center this year, with some seriously impressive advancements for the pizza-making process. Dough rounders from Insitu and Italianafoodtech caught our eye early on, making precision dough handling look effortless. But what really stole the show was The Cube by Xrobotics—an innovative unit that sauced and topped pizzas with flawless, measured portions of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Precision and consistency? Check.

🌍 Global Pizza Love

It’s clear the pizza world is expanding beyond borders. Brazil continues to grow its presence in the U.S. pizza scene, and we were lucky to cross paths with a pizza team from Poland, passionate and ready to bring their flavor to the world stage.

🤝 Old Friends & New Partners

We had some great face-to-face moments with longtime industry friends like Scott Weiner, always a pleasure. We also got to connect with our new rep group friends at Kauffmann FSE—excited about the future biz opportunities with them!

As always, we made the rounds to as many booths as possible because… well, that’s just how we do it. We checked in with:

  • Pizza Group

  • PizzaMaster

  • Moretti Forni

  • Italianafoodtech

  • Marra Forni

  • Woodstone

  • …and many more, especially in the oven game.

Migali also impressed with their prep tables and refrigeration, repped by our friends at LMM Reps.

Custom-built walk-in refrigeration systems, on the other hand, are designed and built specifically for the business’s needs. These systems are typically more expensive but offer more flexibility in terms of size, layout, and features. They are ideal for businesses that need a unique refrigeration solution to fit their specific needs.

We loved seeing friends in the spotlight, including Angela Carlini and the ever-awesome @PizzaABoss, who placed 7th in the Neapolitan category! It’s inspiring to watch our pizza family thrive and compete on such a big stage.

We also met up with distributors and even got the inside scoop on a new flour making its way to the U.S. market. Stay tuned for more on that!

📞 Deals, Discoveries & Linea Dori

We came back with more than just memories—we’ve got new deals, fresh connections, and exciting product updates we can’t wait to bring to our customers. Whatever you need in pizza, you know who to call.

And yes, Linea Dori made its mark too—more to come!

🚗 Quick Spin to the Bar & Restaurant Expo

A quick Tesla ride brought us to the Bar & Restaurant Expo, the perfect complement to the pizza world. We connected with even more friends like Broaster, Elemco (LMM Reps), and even snapped a pic with the Bar Rescue crew.
