This NSF-listed island soil dishtable is designed to streamline your ware-washing line. Engineered for the left side of a commercial dish machine, it is crafted entirely from corrosion-resistant 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel and reinforced with welded crossrails. This rugged and durable table provides the sanitary performance and ergonomic features that busy commercial kitchens require.
