Installation Notes:

• Make sure the trough (the long, shallow container) is level and secure the flange (the flat part that connects it to the floor) to the subfloor before pouring the surrounding concrete or laying the tiles.
• Ensure the outlets (openings where water flows out) are plumb (perfectly vertical) and have a minimum slope of 1/4 inch per foot to allow proper drainage.
• A licensed plumber must complete the connection to the sanitary (waste) line.
