The Atosa Sandwich/Salad Mega Top Refrigerator is a one-section commercial refrigeration unit designed for food service operations. This compact yet efficient unit measures 27-1/2"W x 34"D x 46-5/8"H and offers 7.2 cubic feet of refrigerated storage space.

Food Preparation Features

This unit includes 12 individual 1/6 poly pans for organized ingredient storage and comes equipped with a 9-1/4" poly cutting board for convenient food preparation directly on the unit.

Storage and Access

Features one solid hinged self-closing door and one adjustable shelf for flexible storage options. The unit provides easy access to refrigerated items while maintaining temperature consistency.

Temperature Control

Equipped with digital temperature control maintaining a temperature range of 33° to 40°F, ensuring optimal food safety and freshness.

Refrigeration System

Features rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with ventilated cooling system. The unit includes automatic evaporation and air defrost functionality, powered by a 1/7 HP compressor using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant.

Construction

Built with stainless steel interior and exterior for durability and easy cleaning, complemented by a galvanized steel back. The unit is mounted on 3" casters for mobility.

Electrical Specifications

Operates on 115v/60/1-ph power, drawing 2.3 amps. Comes with cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for standard electrical connections.
