Product Description

The PHC32-10-A mobile proofer and hot-holding cabinet delivers precise temperature and humidity control in a compact, easy-to-position design. Slide it seamlessly under a 32-inch counter and use it to finish proofing dough, hold fried foods at the ideal temperature, or keep plated meals service-ready without drying them out. The pan supports reposition quickly to accommodate different pan heights.
