The BevLes PHC60-24-A is a versatile cabinet that helps you prepare and serve food with ease. Its convection heating system evenly circulates warm air to produce perfectly-risen dough, while the operator-controlled humidity setting keeps cooked dishes hot, fresh, and ready to serve. The lightweight aluminum body makes it easy to move the cabinet wherever it's needed in your kitchen.
Key Features:
- The digital thermostat and LED display allow you to precisely control the temperature between 80°F (27°C) and 180°F (82°C).
- The variable humidity knob helps you fight dryness and prevent sogginess.
- The clear Lexan® door (with a right-hand hinge) and full-perimeter gasket let you check the product without opening the door.
- The universal extruded pan supports, spaced 1 ½ inches apart, can hold:
- Up to 12 full-size sheet pans (18" x 26")
- Up to 24 steam table pans (12" x 20")
- Up to 12 donut screens (23" x 23")
