Designed for high-volume sandwich, salad, and pizza operations, the Mighty Top keeps your most-used ingredients ice-cold and within easy reach. Below, six refrigerated drawers handle your back-up product. Its space-saving front-breathing system allows for flush wall installation or integration into a cook-line. The ventilation draws from the toe-kick and discharges below, requiring an unobstructed area directly in front for proper airflow.
