Product Description
The Everest Refrigeration EOTPS2 Refrigerated Prep Table is a durable, 2-section mega-top prep table with a 35-5/8" width and 10.0 cubic feet of capacity. It features a stainless steel top with openings for 12 1/6 pans, a removable insulated lid, and self-contained rear refrigeration (R290). The digital LED controls include auto defrost, and the unit has a stainless steel interior and exterior, two self-closing doors, adjustable epoxy-coated shelves, and heavy-duty 5" swivel casters (2 locking). This energy-efficient 1/5 HP, 115V unit is NSF and cETLus certified, making it ideal for use in restaurants, delis, and catering kitchens.
