Product Description
Everest Refrigeration's EOTPW2 Open Top Mega-Top Prep Table offers a spacious 59-1/8" two-section design with 16 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage capacity. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with the stainless steel top, provide a durable and easy-to-clean surface. The top can accommodate up to 24 1/6-size pans and includes two removable insulated lids. The prep table features two self-closing doors and adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves, as well as digital LED controls with auto-defrost. Powered by a rear-mounted R290 refrigeration system with a 1/3 HP compressor, the prep table runs on 115V and is mounted on swivel casters, two of which lock. Certified by NSF and cETLus for commercial kitchens, this prep table offers energy-efficient and reliable performance for high-volume food service operations.
