Crafted from 16-gauge Type 300 stainless steel, this durable unit offers rock-solid construction, abundant work space, and NSF-approved sanitation features. Ideal for bakeries, restaurants, commissaries, and production kitchens that never slow down. Keep the sink looking factory-fresh with a non-chloride stainless cleanser and soft towels or plastic scouring pads. Avoid bleach or abrasive steel wool. Rinse and dry after each shift to maintain the stainless "passive" film and prevent surface corrosion.
