Crafted from genuine Northern Hard Rock Maple and built on a rugged stainless-steel base, this John Boos bakery prep table adds unbeatable strength, mobility, and convenient pan storage to any commercial kitchen or pastry shop. Measuring 60" W × 30" D × 39" H, the hand-crafted table requires regular applications of Boos Block® Mystery Oil and Board Cream to maintain the maple top. Clean the stainless components with non-chloride cleansers and soft cloths only.
