A rock-solid maple work surface pairs with an all-stainless frame to give you a table that is equal parts durability, sanitation, and timeless Boos craftsmanship. Maintain the maple top by cleaning with mild soap and water; re-apply food-safe mineral oil whenever the surface appears dry. Clean stainless components with non-chloride cleansers such as Bar Keepers Friend; avoid abrasive pads or bleach. Always wipe in the direction of the polish lines and dry thoroughly to preserve the protective passive film.
