Crafted for the demands of commercial bakeries yet elegant enough for open-kitchen designs, this 84-inch John Boos baker's table features a seamless Northern Hard Rock Maple work surface paired with a durable type 300 stainless steel base and drawer set. Ideal for tasks ranging from rolling dough to plating pastries, it's the heavy-duty prep station that professionals depend on.

- 1-3/4" thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple top
- 4" coved riser on back and both ends keeps flour and tools where they belong
- Food-safe penetrating oil finish that is easy to maintain and keeps the wood naturally conditioned
- Open stainless steel cabinet base with three full-extension drawers (20-gauge panels, 14-gauge reinforced fronts)
- 1-5/8" diameter TIG-welded stainless steel legs with cross bracing for rock-solid stability
- Adjustable 1" stainless steel bullet feet for fast leveling on uneven floors
- Shipped knocked-down (KD) for easier delivery and on-site assembly
- NSF certified for safe food-contact applications

Care & Maintenance:
- Regularly apply Boos Block® Mystery Oil or board cream to the maple top to keep it conditioned.
- Avoid using harsh detergents or soaking the surface. Instead, wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Clean the stainless steel surfaces with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth, wiping along the direction of the polish lines.
