This 7-foot DSB Series work table from John Boos & Co. features a 1 ¾-inch thick Boos Block® top made of genuine Northern Hard Rock Maple, paired with an all-stainless steel base that can handle the demands of commercial food production, bakeries, and test kitchens. The table is NSF certified for safety and hygiene.

Care & Cleaning:

  • Regularly apply a food-safe mineral oil, such as John Boos Mystery Oil, to the maple top to keep it looking its best. Apply the oil whenever the surface appears dry.
  • Clean the stainless steel parts with a mild soap and water solution, then dry them with a soft towel. For polishing, use a non-chlorine-based stainless steel cleaner.
  • Avoid using chlorine bleach or abrasive pads, as these can damage the protective coating on the stainless steel.
