Care & Cleaning:
- Regularly apply a food-safe mineral oil, such as John Boos Mystery Oil, to the maple top to keep it looking its best. Apply the oil whenever the surface appears dry.
- Clean the stainless steel parts with a mild soap and water solution, then dry them with a soft towel. For polishing, use a non-chlorine-based stainless steel cleaner.
- Avoid using chlorine bleach or abrasive pads, as these can damage the protective coating on the stainless steel.
