Product Description

The Model DSS09A work table from John Boos offers a spacious and durable workspace. Crafted with Northern Hard Rock Maple, the nine-foot edge-grain butcher block surface provides ample room for food preparation. The stainless steel base and shelf provide a sturdy foundation and convenient storage. This table is NSF-listed, making it suitable for use in commercial kitchens, bakeries, restaurants, and other high-intensity food service environments.

Care & Maintenance:

  • Regularly apply Boos Block® Mystery Oil or a similar food-grade mineral oil to the maple top to keep it nourished.
  • Wipe up spills immediately and avoid soaking or spraying the wood surface with harsh chemicals.
  • Clean the stainless steel components with a soft cloth or sponge and a non-chloride cleanser, such as Bar Keepers Friend. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • Refrain from using abrasive pads, wire brushes, or bleach-based cleaners, as they can scratch or corrode the stainless steel.
