Product Description

DSS11 Series Northern Hard Rock Maple Top NSF Certified. Built for the rigors of commercial kitchens yet handsome enough for open-concept bakeries and test labs, this John Boos work table combines a premium 1-3/4" thick maple butcher-block top with an all-stainless base. The result is a rock-solid, food-safe workstation that stands up to daily dough prep, plating, or plating and packaging tasks. Need a deeper clean?   • The table has a 48-inch wide and 36-inch deep maple butcher-block top made of Northern Hard Rock Maple, which is known for its maximum hardness and longevity.
  • The 1-3/4-inch thick edge-grain surface is factory-finished with food-grade penetrating mineral oil.
  • The 4-inch coved riser on the back and both ends helps keep flour, tools, and ingredients in place.
  • The 16-gauge stainless steel legs have adjustable 1-inch bullet feet to level the table on uneven floors.
  • The 18-gauge stainless steel undershelf is height-adjustable and provides sturdy, easy-to-clean storage.
  • The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) state to save on freight, and it can be assembled quickly and easily without tools.
