Model DSS13 | NSF Certified This heavy-duty John Boos work table provides a durable, food-safe prep surface for your bakery, restaurant, or test kitchen. The 1-¾" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top is paired with an all-stainless steel base, creating a rugged station that can handle years of rolling dough, chopping produce, and plating orders. Care & Maintenance:

  • Apply Boos Block Mystery Oil to the maple top every 3-4 weeks. This helps maintain the proper moisture balance in the wood.
  • Clean the stainless steel components with a soft cloth and non-chloride cleaners. Avoid using abrasive pads, as they can damage the surface.
  • Wipe up any spills promptly, and store the table dry when not in use.
