Care & Maintenance:

• To maintain the maple top, apply Boos Block Mystery Oil at least once a month or whenever the wood appears dry.
• To clean the stainless steel cabinet, use a non-chloride stainless steel cleaner and a soft cloth. Wipe in the direction of the grain.
