It features a reversible HDPE cutting surface and a fully welded, all-stainless steel frame that provides rock-solid stability and easy cleaning. - The table top is 1 ½ inches thick, made from two reversible ¾ inch slabs of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) that are approved by NSF (National Sanitation Foundation).
- The top can be easily lifted off the base for thorough cleaning, as it is secured by welded stainless steel clips.
- The base, legs, and bracing are made from type 300 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish, providing superior corrosion resistance.
- The full-perimeter, adjustable round-tube bracing helps to lock out any wobble, even under heavy loads.
- The 1 ⅝ inch diameter, 16-gauge stainless steel legs have 1 inch adjustable bullet feet, allowing the table to be leveled on uneven floors.
