Product Description

The GMT010 work surface is designed for the rigorous demands of commercial kitchens and food preparation areas. The 1-1/2" reversible high-density polyethylene (HDPE) top provides a durable, knife-friendly work surface. The Type 300 stainless steel frame offers a rock-solid foundation, with NSF certification for safe use in high-sanitation environments such as meat rooms and seafood prep stations. Measuring 40 × 30 inches, this breaking table delivers dependable performance shift after shift, from portioning primal cuts to staging trays for packaging. Key features & benefits:

  • The table has a 1-1/2" thick HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) top, which is FDA and NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) compliant. The top is reversible and can be replaced.
  • The top is secured by welded stainless steel clips and can be easily removed for thorough cleaning.
  • The table features a type 300 stainless steel frame, legs, and bracing with a satin #4 finish, which resists corrosion.
  • The all-around tubular bracing adds lateral strength and serves as a convenient foot rail.

Care & maintenance:

  • Take off the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top for cleaning. Wash the top with a mild detergent and warm water.
  • Wipe the stainless steel base with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner. Dry the base promptly.
  • Avoid using abrasive pads or wire brushes, as they may scratch the stainless steel finish.
