Engineered for demanding commercial kitchen environments like butcher shops, seafood houses, and institutional kitchens, this heavy-duty breaking table features a durable, reversible poly top and a fully welded stainless steel base built for reliable, long-lasting performance. Proper daily cleaning will help maintain the table's like-new appearance and extended lifespan.
Key Features:
- The table top is 1-1/2" thick and made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) formed by stacking two 3/4" reversible slabs.
- The removable top is secured with welded clips, allowing you to lift it off for thorough sanitizing.
- The table legs, frame, and full-perimeter bracing are made of type 300 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish, which resists corrosion and harsh cleaning chemicals.
- The table is TIG-welded and ships fully assembled, so no on-site welding or special tools are required.
- Adjustable round stainless bracing on all four sides keeps the table stable under heavy breaking loads.
- 1" height-adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow you to level the table on uneven floors.
- This table is NSF certified and proudly made in the USA by John Boos & Co.
Care & Maintenance:
- Clean the HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) top by washing it with hot, soapy water and sanitizing it according to local health codes.
- Wipe the stainless steel components with a non-chloride stainless steel cleaner and a soft cloth, always following the grain of the metal.
- Avoid using abrasive pads, wire brushes, and chlorine bleach to preserve the protective stainless steel finish.
