Built for the daily demands of butcher shops, meat rooms, and commercial kitchens, this rugged John Boos breaking table features a dense, knife-friendly poly work surface and a fully welded stainless-steel base that can handle any task. Care & Maintenance:

  • Take off the poly tops when doing a thorough cleaning. Wash them with a mild detergent and sanitize according to local regulations.
  • Wipe the stainless steel frame with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth. Polish the frame in the direction of the grain lines.
  • Do not use abrasive pads or bleach, as this can damage the protective chromium film on the frame.
