The John Boos GMT breaking table is designed for the demanding needs of commercial kitchens and food preparation. The 1 ½" thick polyethylene work surface provides an ideal cutting surface for butchery, seafood prep, and high-volume cooking tasks. The sturdy stainless-steel base is built to withstand years of heavy use, making this table a durable and reliable choice for any professional kitchen. - The table has a 1 ½" reversible HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top, which is two ¾" sections stacked to meet NSF/ANSI standards for food safety and sanitation.
