Product Description

The John Boos GMT breaking table is designed for the demanding needs of commercial kitchens and food preparation. The 1 ½" thick polyethylene work surface provides an ideal cutting surface for butchery, seafood prep, and high-volume cooking tasks. The sturdy stainless-steel base is built to withstand years of heavy use, making this table a durable and reliable choice for any professional kitchen. This model is also NSF certified, ensuring it meets strict sanitation and safety standards.

Why this table is a cut above:

  • The table has a 1 ½" reversible HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top, which is two ¾" sections stacked to meet NSF/ANSI standards for food safety and sanitation.
  • The removable work surface is held in place by welded stainless steel clips, allowing for fast and thorough cleaning and quick replacement.
  • The all-welded 300 series stainless steel frame, made of 1 ½" 18 gauge square tubing with a #4 satin polish, resists corrosion and is easy to clean.
