The 10-ft John Boos JNB Series work table offers a massive, ultra-durable prep surface for busy commercial kitchens and serious residential spaces. Its six galvanized legs and adjustable bracing provide a rock-solid base, while the 1 ½" thick North American Hard Rock Maple top delivers the legendary knife-friendly performance that chefs have trusted since 1887. This work table maximizes workflow and sanitation with its large footprint.

Care & Maintenance:
- Apply John Boos Mystery Oil to the maple surface every month, or whenever the wood appears dry.
- After oiling, finish with John Boos Board Cream to create a moisture barrier.
- Clean the surface daily using mild dish soap and warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- The optional factory Varnique varnish is available by special order, but it will void the NSF certification.
