The John Boos M006A Cutting Table provides a 9-foot, food-safe work surface with a reversible high-density polyethylene top and a sturdy galvanized base and bracing. This durable, sanitary, and low-maintenance option is ideal for professional food preparation environments that require frequent wash-downs. All dimensions are typical, with a tolerance of ± 0.5", and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Features:
- The 3/4-inch thick HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top is resistant to stains, moisture, and chemicals, and is fully certified by NSF/CSA Sanitation standards.
- The reversible flat work surface can be easily removed from the welded retainer clips for quick and thorough cleaning.
- The galvanized steel legs, base, and adjustable tubular bracing are resistant to corrosion, making it suitable for wet environments.
- The 6 round legs (on models 7 feet and longer) have 1-inch adjustable bullet feet to keep the table level on any floor.
