Product Description
The Model M018 cutting table is designed for high-volume commercial settings like prep rooms, butcher shops, and kitchens. It features a 3/4" thick HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top that is NSF-listed for food safety, and a galvanized steel base and bracing for durability. With standard dimensions and a tolerance of +/- 0.5", this table is built to withstand heavy daily use. The reversible poly work surface and rugged steel understructure make this table a practical choice for demanding commercial environments.
Key Features:
- Large 72" x 36" work surface, providing over 18 square feet of prep space.
- 3/4" thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) top that is reversible, stain-resistant, and gentle on knives.
- Top secures with welded clips but can be quickly removed for thorough cleaning and sanitation.
- Sturdy galvanized 18-gauge 1 1/2" square-tube frame with adjustable side and rear bracing for excellent stability.
- 1 5/8" diameter 16-gauge galvanized legs with 1" adjustable bullet feet to level on uneven floors.
- Certified by NSF and CSA-Sanitation for use in inspected food-service facilities.
- Shipped in a knock-down (KD) configuration to minimize freight costs, with simple bolt-together assembly.
Optional Accessories (sold separately):
- The stainless steel drawers can be purchased with or without locks, providing additional storage space.
- You can choose 4-inch swivel or locking casters, which allow you to easily move the unit around as needed.
- A lower galvanized shelf is available for extra storage.
- A meat boat rack or pot rack can be added to hold your cooking supplies.
- A paper roll holder is also offered as an optional accessory.
