This 9-foot John Boos cutting table is designed for high-volume meat rooms, commissaries, and commercial kitchens. It features a knife-friendly HDPE work surface and a galvanized steel frame that is resistant to moisture, salt, and daily sanitation. The table is certified by NSF and CSA-Sanitation and arrives knock-down for lower freight costs, assembling in minutes. Customers can request a continuous one-piece poly top at no extra charge when ordering.
