Product Description
Reversible ¾" HDPE top with 6" stainless steel backsplash. Built for high-volume prep and relentless daily use, the John Boos M-1 Cutting Table combines a sanitary, knife-friendly poly work surface with the strength of a fully welded galvanized frame. Perfect for butcher shops, commissaries, seafood stations and institutional kitchens where NSF compliance is a must. All dimensions and weights are nominal, and John Boos & Co. reserves the right to modify specifications without notice.
Key Features:
- The tabletop is ¾ inch thick, made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and is reversible and removable. It is also non-absorbent.
- The 6-inch high backsplash is made of 16-gauge type 300 stainless steel and can be removed for flat-top applications.
- The legs, side, and rear bracing are made of MIG-welded galvanized steel, providing long-term rigidity.
- Adjustable 1-inch galvanized bullet feet allow the table to be leveled on uneven floors.
- The table is shipped in a knocked-down (KD) configuration, which reduces freight costs and allows for quick on-site assembly.
- The table is NSF & CSA-Sanitation listed, ensuring it is safe for food contact.

Care & Cleaning:
- Take off the HDPE top when you need to sanitize the sink or put it in the dishwasher.
- Use a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner like Bar Keepers Friend to clean the metal parts. Then, rinse and dry them.
- Don't use abrasive pads, wire brushes, or bleach. This will help keep the protective coating on the stainless steel surfaces.
