The Model M024 cutting table is engineered for high-volume prep rooms, butcher shops, and commercial kitchens. It combines a food-safe, reversible HDPE surface with a rugged galvanized steel base and a removable stainless steel backsplash. This durable workstation is tough on production demands yet easy to clean and maintain. The "M-1" series ranges from 36 inches to 10 feet, with custom quotes available from the team.
Key Features:
- The work surface is 3/4 inch thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is reversible, knife-friendly, and NSF compliant.
- The one-piece cutting board can be lifted out quickly without any tools for deep cleaning or replacement.
- The 6-inch high Type 300 stainless steel backsplash is removable and protects walls while preventing product loss.
- The 1 5/8-inch diameter 16-gauge galvanized legs have 1 1/4-inch diameter adjustable tubular side and rear bracing for rock-solid stability.
