The John Boos M-1 cutting table is designed for the rigors of commercial kitchens. The 3/4-inch HDPE work surface provides a durable, knife-friendly cutting area, while the 6-inch removable stainless steel backsplash helps keep ingredients and tools in place. With a spacious 60 x 30 inch footprint, this galvanized cutting table offers ample preparation space for even the busiest commercial environments.
Key Features:
- 3/4" thick reversible HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) cutting surface that is NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approved and gentle on knife edges.
- One-piece top that secures with welded clips but lifts off quickly for deep cleaning.
- 6" high type 300 stainless steel backsplash (No. 4 satin finish) that removes without tools.
- 1 ½" square-tube 18 GA (gauge) galvanized frame with 1 ¼" round 18 GA side and rear bracing.
- 1 ⅝" Ø (diameter) 16 GA galvanized legs with 1" adjustable bullet feet for perfect leveling.
- Overall working height of 35 ¾" (41" measured to the top of the backsplash).
- Ships knocked-down (KD) to reduce freight costs; intuitive field assembly.
