Product Description
This John Boos cutting table is engineered for demanding commercial kitchens. It features a food-safe, reversible 3/4" HDPE top and a 6" removable stainless steel backsplash. The sturdy galvanized base provides an ultra-rigid foundation. This sanitary, durable prep station installs quickly, cleans easily, and is built to last. Our team of Boos experts is ready to help you configure the perfect setup with drawers, shelves, or casters.
Key Features:
- 3/4-inch thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) top that is NSF compliant, non-porous, and knife-friendly.
- Reversible, one-piece design that lifts off welded clips for deep cleaning or rapid replacement.
- 6-inch high type 300 stainless steel backsplash (#4 satin) that prevents product loss and meets health codes, and is fully removable.
- Galvanized steel framework with 1-1/2-inch square tube (18 gauge) apron and 1-5/8-inch diameter legs (16 gauge) for superior load capacity.
- Adjustable side and rear round-tube bracing (1-1/4-inch diameter) that adds torsional strength.
- 1-inch adjustable galvanized bullet feet that keep the table level on uneven floors.
- Ships knocked-down (KD) to reduce freight cost and assembles quickly with basic hand tools.
- Certified NSF and CSA-Sanitation for regulated food-service operations.

Care & Cleaning:
- Wash the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top with a mild detergent and warm water. Sanitize the surface according to your local health code requirements.
- Regularly remove the top to wipe down the frame and clips.
- For the stainless steel backsplash, use a non-chloride stainless steel cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaning products.
- Do not place the poly (polyethylene) surface directly on an open flame or near hot pans.
