6" Stainless Backsplash · Galvanized Base · NSF & CSA This extra-long John Boos cutting table is engineered for heavy-duty food prep, processing, and packaging lines. It features a knife-friendly HDPE work surface and a rock-solid galvanized base that can withstand daily wash-downs. All dimensions are typical and subject to ±0.5" tolerance. Wash the poly work surfaces with mild, non-chloride detergents and warm water; sanitize and air-dry or wipe dry. For the stainless backsplash, avoid abrasive pads and chlorine bleach—use a non-chloride stainless cleaner, rinse thoroughly and dry along the polish lines to preserve the protective film.

  • The ¾" thick high-density polyethylene top is reversible, stain-resistant, and gentle on knife edges.
  • The 6" high removable backsplash, made of #4 satin 16-gauge Type 300 stainless steel, helps contain splatter.
  • The top secures with welded clips but can be easily lifted off for thorough sanitation or flip-side use.
  • The 1 5/8" diameter 16-gauge galvanized legs and 1 1/2" square tube apron are MIG-welded for maximum rigidity.
  • Adjustable 1 1/4" diameter round side and rear bracing allow you to fine-tune stability on uneven floors.
  • The 1" adjustable galvanized bullet feet help level the surface and protect the flooring.
  • The unit ships in a knocked-down (KD) configuration to save on freight costs and can be assembled in minutes using common tools.
