Product Description

The SBS-S09 Baker's Table Frame from John Boos is built to create a rock-solid foundation for high-production dough work, pastry finishing, and general prep. Engineered for 84" × 36" wood tops (sold separately), this fully welded stainless steel base offers legendary Boos durability and food-safe performance for your kitchen, bakery, or culinary lab. With a heavy-duty 16-gauge base and six-leg support, this NSF-listed table frame is designed to provide a stable and reliable surface for all your cooking and baking needs.

Key features:

  • The frame is made of rugged 16-gauge stainless steel with a 1 1/2" square-tube design.
  • The table has six 1 5/8" diameter round stainless steel legs. Units 7 feet and taller receive 6 legs for extra stability.
  • The 1 1/4" diameter rear bracing is fixed 12 inches above the floor, providing resistance to racking while keeping the front open for storage.
  • Integrated bin stops and guides prevent ingredient bins from rolling out during busy service.
  • The table has 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet to level it on uneven floors.
  • The table is factory MIG-welded for out-of-the-box strength. A knock-down option is available on request.
  • The table is NSF listed, ensuring compliance with food-service sanitation requirements.

Compatible add-ons (sold separately):

  • Choose from a 2 1/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top (model BKSC02O) or a 1 3/4" thick Maple top (model SC023-O) to customize your workspace.
  • Add stainless steel drawers with an optional lock for extra storage.
  • Install an undershelf, overshelf, or pot-rack kits to expand your workspace.
  • Equip your workstation with heavy-duty casters for easy mobility.

Care & maintenance:

  • Use a non-chloride stainless steel cleanser and a soft cloth to clean the surface. Make sure to rinse and dry it thoroughly after cleaning.
  • Avoid using abrasive pads, wire brushes, or any cleaners that contain chlorides or quaternary salts, as they can damage the surface.
  • Periodically polish the surface with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to maintain a shiny, like-new appearance.
