The John Boos SBS-S28 frame provides a heavy-duty stainless steel foundation for your production line. Trusted by professional bakeries since 1887, this NSF-listed base features bin stops and guides to support a 168 in. × 36 in. wood baker's top (sold separately), allowing you to customize your workspace while benefiting from the strength, sanitation, and longevity of an all-stainless design. Maintain the frame's pristine appearance with Boos Block® Stainless Steel Cleaner.
Key Features:
- The frame is ready to be paired with a 168" x 36" baker's top of your choice.
- The rugged 16-gauge, 1.5-inch square stainless steel tubing base is MIG-welded for maximum rigidity.
- Six 1.625-inch diameter, 16-gauge stainless steel legs are required for units 7 feet and longer.
- Rear 1.25-inch diameter round stainless steel bracing is fixed 12 inches above the floor for added stability.
- Integrated bin stops and guides keep ingredient bins neatly in place.
- 1-inch adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow you to level the table on uneven floors.
- The unit is factory-welded and ships fully assembled, providing a rock-solid, wobble-free installation.
