Product Description

The Pro-Bowl™ corner soiled dishtable from John Boos is designed to maximize space in high-volume dish rooms. This 60" by 96" corner unit features left-to-right operation and is constructed with durable 14-gauge stainless steel that meets NSF standards. The ergonomic L-shaped workflow allows you to position your warewasher at the short side, load from the left, and keep the dirty traffic moving efficiently. To maintain the protective chromium oxide layer, clean the surface with non-chloride stainless-steel cleaners and soft towels, avoiding wire brushes or abrasive pads. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry in the direction of the polish lines.
