Product Description
This 9-ft. John Boos SNB work table features a 1-3/4 in. edge-grain maple top and a stainless steel base. Designed for commercial kitchens but stylish enough for open-concept prep spaces, this table combines the legendary durability of a Boos Block® maple top with the strength and hygiene of Type 300 stainless steel. Following simple steps will keep this work table looking and performing its best for years.
Features:
- Large work surface measuring 108 inches (L) x 30 inches (W) x 35-1/4 inches (H)
- Made from 1-3/4 inch thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, the gold standard for food preparation
- Food-safe Boos Block® penetrating oil finish (Varnique sealed finish available upon request)
- Stainless steel base, legs, and adjustable side/rear bracing with a #4 satin polish finish
- Six 1-5/8 inch diameter tubular legs provide sturdy support for the 9-foot length
- 1 inch adjustable stainless steel bullet feet to level the table on uneven floors
- NSF certified for food-service safety and sanitation
- Ships in a knocked-down (KD) state for lower freight costs and quick on-site assembly

Features:
- Regularly re-oil the maple top with Boos Mystery Oil to keep it properly moisturized.
- Clean the stainless steel base using non-chloride cleaners and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive pads or steel wool.
- Wipe up any spills right away and do not let liquids sit on the wood surface.
