Product Description
This John Boos work table features a 1 3/4 inch edge-grain Hard Rock Maple top and a sturdy stainless steel base with an adjustable shelf. Designed to handle the rigors of commercial kitchens, bakeries, and workshops, this prep station combines a food-safe maple surface with the strength and durability of stainless steel. The table is NSF certified, ensuring it meets safety standards for food preparation. All dimensions are typical, but the manufacturer reserves the right to make design improvements without notice.

- The 1 ¾" thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple work surface quickly absorbs impact, protects knife edges, and resists warping.
- The food-safe oil finish arrives ready for service, and you can simply re-oil it periodically to keep the board nourished. A Varnique finish is also available by special order.
- The all-stainless framework, including the 16-gauge, type 300 tubular legs and 18-gauge undershelf with a #4 satin polish, stands up to moisture and heavy loads.
- The adjustable undershelf can be slid to the perfect height for ingredient bins, small appliances, or bulk storage.
- The 1" bullet feet fine-tune each corner for a rock-solid work surface on any floor.
- The product ships knocked-down (KD), which saves on freight and allows for quick setup with the included hardware.

Care & maintenance:
- Apply Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the maple top monthly. You can also seal it with Board Cream if desired.
- Clean the stainless components with non-chloride cleaners and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive pads.
- Wipe up spills promptly and keep the table dry to preserve the protective finish.

- The casters are heavy-duty and can lock, allowing you to easily move the unit and then secure it in place.
- You can choose to have a single overhead shelf or a double set of overhead shelves.
