Its 1-3/4-inch thick maple edge-grain top provides an expansive, durable surface for all your food preparation needs, while the stainless steel base ensures exceptional strength and easy cleaning. Care & Maintenance:
- Regularly condition the maple top with Boos® Mystery Oil. Apply Boos® Board Cream as needed to seal the surface.

- Clean the stainless steel components using a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth, wiping in the direction of the grain.
- Avoid using bleach, harsh abrasives, or steel wool to preserve the protective finish.
