Product Description
This 9-foot John Boos SNS Work Table blends a premium 1-3/4" edge-grain maple butcher-block surface with the strength of food-service-grade stainless steel, making it perfect for the busiest commercial kitchens while still being elegant enough for an open-concept prep area. Engineered to provide a rock-solid, food-safe foundation, it can handle high-volume mise en place as well as pastry production with ease. Proper care will keep this table performing beautifully for decades. Accessories are sold separately.

Care & Maintenance:
- Condition the maple top monthly by applying Boos Block® Mystery Oil. Then, seal the top with Board Cream to provide extra moisture resistance.
- Promptly wipe up any spills and avoid leaving standing water on the wood surface for extended periods.
- Clean the stainless components using a non-chloride, non-abrasive cleanser and a soft cloth, following the direction of the polish grain.
