The John Boos SNS1860 features a 1¾" thick butcher-block maple surface paired with an all-stainless steel frame, creating a rugged and food-safe station that assembles quickly and will last for years.   • The work surface is made from 1-3/4 inch thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, with a flat "SC" style design.
  • The factory-oiled finish allows for immediate food contact (optional Varnique varnish is also available).
  • The legs and gussets are made from 16 gauge Type 300 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish finish.
  • The 18 gauge Type 300 stainless steel undershelf is height-adjustable to suit your storage needs.
  • The 1 inch stainless steel bullet feet provide quick on-site leveling.
  • The product ships in a knocked-down (KD) state to save on freight costs, and is simple to assemble with bolts.
  • This product is NSF certified for use in commercial foodservice environments.
