This heavy-duty trimming table is purpose-built for butchers, meat rooms, seafood counters, and produce prep. It delivers the legendary quality that food-service professionals expect from John Boos. The NSF-listed poly top is knife-friendly, the stainless frame is rock-solid, and the entire unit ships welded-set-up, ready to work the moment it arrives.
