Product Description
This high-quality trimming table is designed for heavy-duty food preparation, featuring a 3/4-inch reversible HDPE work surface and a 6-inch removable backsplash. The fully welded stainless steel base provides a sturdy and durable foundation, meeting NSF standards for use in commercial kitchens and food-processing facilities.
The TC-1 series is available in a range of sizes, from 24 to 36 inches in width and up to 120 inches in length. If you require a custom size or a different top material, please contact us for a personalized quote.

- The 3/4-inch thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) top is reversible, non-porous, and knife-friendly.

Care & Maintenance:
- Use a soft cloth or plastic scouring pad and a non-chloride cleanser (like Bar Keepers Friend) to wipe the stainless steel areas.
- Always clean in the direction of the polish lines, and rinse and dry the surfaces promptly.
- Avoid using abrasive pads, steel wool, or cleaners containing chlorides.
- Scrub the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top with mild detergent and hot water, and sanitize it according to local health codes.
