It features a 3/4-inch thick reversible HDPE work surface, providing a durable and easy-to-clean surface. The sturdy stainless steel welded base ensures stability, while the NSF certification guarantees it meets the highest sanitation standards. Designed for meat rooms, produce prep areas, and commercial kitchens, this 7-foot table can accommodate your daily heavy-use needs. Care & maintenance:

  • Clean the HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) top with mild soapy water after each use, and sanitize it according to your local code.
  • Avoid using chlorine bleach on the stainless steel parts. If contact with chlorine bleach occurs, rinse the affected area and wipe it dry immediately.
  • For stubborn stains, use non-chloride cleaners such as Bar Keepers Friend and a plastic scouring pad.
  • To restore the luster of the stainless steel, polish it along the grain using John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner.
