This sturdy trimming table features a 3/4-inch reversible HDPE (high-density polyethylene) flat top and a welded stainless steel base that is NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) listed. Designed for demanding meat-trim, produce, and general prep work, this extra-long table provides a knife-friendly work surface and the legendary durability of a fully welded stainless steel frame, allowing your crew to cut, carve, and portion with confidence shift after shift. Care & Maintenance:
- Clean the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) surface by wiping it with warm, soapy water or a food-safe sanitizer. Rinse and let it air-dry.
- Wipe the stainless steel parts with a non-chloride cleanser, such as Bar Keepers Friend, using a soft towel.
- When cleaning the stainless steel, always scrub and wipe in the direction of the satin finish to maintain the surface's appearance.
- If you use chlorine bleach, rinse it off immediately and dry the surface to prevent corrosion.
