Product Description

The TC-3 Trimming Table is designed for the demands of commercial kitchens, meat rooms, and food preparation areas. Its 3/4-inch reversible HDPE work surface provides a durable, sanitary, and knife-friendly workspace. The rugged stainless steel frame ensures long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. This versatile table can be flipped over, doubling its usable life and making it an ideal choice for busy commercial kitchens.

  • 4" or 5" heavy-duty locking casters - Casters with a 4-inch or 5-inch diameter and locking mechanisms can be added to make the unit more mobile.
  • Paper roll holder or overhead pot rack - Options include a holder for paper towels or an overhead rack for pots and pans.

Care & maintenance:

  • Take off the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top to clean it thoroughly. You can wash it with a mild detergent or sanitize it in the dishwasher if it fits.
  • Wipe the stainless steel frame with a non-chloride cleaner. Always follow the direction of the polish lines to prevent scratching the surface.
  • Do not use abrasive pads, wire brushes, or bleach. Rinse and dry the surface promptly to preserve the protective chromium film.
