Product Description

TC-3 Series Reversible 3/4" Poly Top NSF Listed Trimming Table. Built for the daily rigors of commercial meat rooms, produce prep lines, and seafood stations, this extra-long John Boos trimming table pairs a sanitary ¾" high-density polyethylene work surface with a fully welded type 300 stainless steel base. The result is an ultra-stable, knife-friendly workstation that goes wherever high-volume food processing happens. Clean the poly top with mild soap and warm water; sanitize per local code. For the stainless frame, wipe along the polish lines with a non-chloride cleaner such as Bar Keepers Friend, rinse, and dry. Avoid steel scouring pads or bleach to preserve the protective stainless film.
