The John Boos 48" x 24" Trimming Table provides a durable, easy-to-clean work surface for busy meat rooms, produce departments, and commercial kitchens. The table features a 3/4" reversible poly top and a 6" boxed backsplash, creating a sanitary and knife-friendly workspace. Securely mounted on a rugged stainless-steel base, this NSF-listed design arrives fully welded and ready for immediate use.
