This heavy-duty trimming table from John Boos is engineered for tough tasks like meat trimming, produce prep, and high-volume plating. The 10-foot table features a 3/4-inch reversible HDPE top, a 6-inch boxed stainless steel backsplash, and a sturdy all-welded stainless steel base, providing a durable, knife-friendly work surface with the stability professionals require. The table is also NSF certified for food service use.
