The John Boos Model TC103 trimming table is a durable and versatile option for high-volume food preparation tasks. It features a 3/4-inch HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top, which provides a smooth, knife-friendly work surface. The table also includes a 6-inch boxed backsplash for added functionality and a stainless steel base that is built to withstand heavy loads and frequent cleaning. Designed to meet NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) standards, this trimming table is an excellent choice for meat processing, produce preparation, and general foodservice applications.

Care & maintenance:

  • Clean the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top with warm, soapy water or a non-chloride sanitizer. Rinse and air-dry the top.
  • Avoid using chloride-based or abrasive cleaners on the stainless steel. Instead, wipe the surface along the polish lines.
  • Immediately remove any food acids, salts, or standing water to preserve the stainless steel finish.
  • Periodically apply John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to restore the sheen and protective film on the stainless steel.
