The John Boos 96-inch TC-6 Trimming Table is engineered for high-volume butchering, produce preparation, and commissary work. It offers unmatched durability, knife-friendly performance, and NSF-listed food safety straight out of the box. The table features a 3/4-inch reversible poly top, a 6-inch boxed backsplash, and an all-stainless steel base. To maintain the stainless finish and NSF compliance, avoid using chlorine bleach, wire brushes, or steel wool.

Care & Cleaning Tips:

- For stuck-on debris or surface corrosion, use Bar Keepers Friend and a damp Scotch-Brite 7447 pad to scrub the area.
